Lime Distilled - Essential Oil

LIME DISTILLED (K)(CG)(Cirus aurantifolia)~ Lime Distilled has a clean, fresh, green top notes with slightly

bitter, citrusy undertones.  It blends well with other citruses, and also with lavender, geranium, rosemary, sage, and rosewood.

(APPLICATIONS) ~ Antiseptic, antiviral astringent, bactericide, febrifuge, tonic.

Lime Distilled has a similar action to other citrus essential oils, and is therefore useful for lymphatic drainage massage, oily skin and acne.  Lime Distilled is also a good digestive tonic.  Psychologically it is refreshing and uplifting, helping to relieve fatigue, apathy and depression.  Lime Distilled adds in interesting note to mood perfumes and massage oils.

(SAFETY PRECAUTIONS) ~ Do not use if you have very sensitive skin, or before exposure to sunlight.  Use no more than 3 drops in the bath.
