Soothing Temple Balm

This temple balm promotes calmness and clarity. It aids in melting away your tensions.
Ingredients: all measurements are by weight not volume
- Lip Balm Pots
- 1 ounce White Beeswax
- 0.6 ounces Shea Butter
- 1 ounce Babassu Oil
- 1.6 ounces Avocado Oil
- 3/4 tsp Vitamin E (T-50)
- Scent
- Light Scent: 1.5 tsp Eucalyptus Spearmint Essential Oil Blend
- Stronger Scent: 1 drop Eucalyptus Essential Oil and 2 drops Spearmint Essential Oil
Directions: makes approximately 16 Lip Balm Pots
- Melt Beeswax in a double boiler until liquified.
- Add Shea Butter and Babassu Oil to Beeswax and melt completely.
- Stir in Avocado Oil.
- Add Vitamin E (T-50) and thoroughly mix in.
- Remove from double boiler.
- Add Scent to mixture.
- Immediately pour into Lip Balm Pots.
- Allow to cool for approximately 6 hours.
Usage:
For relaxation: massage onto the temples, pulse points, back of the neck, soles of the feet, or rub under the nose.
