Menstrual Cramp Relief

Try taking a nice long bath to ease menstrual cramps.  Certain essential oils have been known to calm the cramping and renew the spirits.  Place a 8-12 drops of an essential oil (or a combination of essential ois) in a warm bath and soak for 20 minutes.  Rest afterward while elevating your legs.  Another idea is to mix a few drops of essential oils with sea salts or epsom salts and add that salt combination to a warm bath.
