We are pleased to announce the Nu-Scents Loyalty Rewards Program!  Earn points from all qualified purchases made through our website.  The points can then be redeemed for discounts on future orders.  It’s another way for us to say Thank You for your continued business and support!

How to Earn Loyalty Points

Create a personal account at www.nuscentscandle.com.  Once you have a personal My Account set up, you can start earning points.  Earn 1 point for every $1.00 spent on all online orders.  Points are earned on merchandise only.  Points are not earned on services, shipping, taxes, gift certificates, or other additional charges (ie. Rush Service, etcetera).  If any items are returned, the corresponding number of points will be deducted from the account (if there are no points left in the account, the appropriate cash value will be deducted from your merchandise credit).

How to View your Loyalty Points

Log into your My Account page at www.nuscentscandle.com.  Click on “Edit Account.”  At the top of the page, it will inform you of the current loyalty reward points that are available to spend.

How to Redeem Points

If you have accumulated points in your account, the points will be available for you to use during the checkout process.  When you get to the “Shipping & Payment Selection” section of the checkout process, in the middle of the page it will say “Points Redemption.”  The program will tell you how many total loyalty points you have earned and how many points are eligible to be used on the current order you are placing.  It will also give you the dollar amount of your discount.  If you would like to use the shown amount of points, click the “Redeem” button.  If you would prefer to save the points for a future order, simply skip this section and move on to entering the shipping and payment information.  Points may be used towards merchandise only.  Points are not eligible towards services, shipping, taxes, gift certificates, or other additional charges (ie. Rush Service, etcetera).

Official Information and Details

Nu-Scents Loyalty Rewards Program is for online orders only.  Online buyers who do not log into their My Account while placing orders do not qualify to use the Nu-Scents Loyalty Rewards Program.  Therefore, please remember to always log into your account!

20 points = $1.00 off on any new online order of $100.00 or more for a total of up to 10% off!
