I love this recipe! It provides a gorgeous pink color and the end result is amazing. The soap is mild, silky soft and sudsy. A winner in my book!!

Yields 3.50 pounds

Ingredients:

12 oz. Distilled Water

2 Tablespoons Aloe Vera Liquid

12 oz. Coconut Oil

12 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

12 oz. Palm Oil

5.2 oz. Lye

2 oz. Sweet Pea Bouquet Fragrance Oil

1 Tablespoon Pink Kaolin Clay

1 cup Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Medium

Make your lye solution, weigh out your melted oils and combine both when temperatures are at around 100 degrees F. Add the Sweet Pea Bouquet fragrance oil to the entire batch at a light trace.

Then separate half into a second dish and stir in the pink kaolin clay mixture, leaving the other half uncolored.

Pour your pink colored soap into the white soap in a circular pattern. Try not to stir the two colors together too much or you will have a solid color. You want a two toned, swirled pattern.

By pouring the soap, gravity and the actual pour creates the swirl patten for you. No stirring is necessary.

Top off the bars by sprinkling the pink himalayan sea salt on the top while the soap is still wet. Gentle tap the salt so it sticks to the soap.

Let the soap sit for 24 hours, pop it out of mold and slice into desired bars. Set the finished bars on a drying rack to cure for 4 to 6 weeks.

Ingredients:

Basic 1 pound batch

10 ounces Shea Butter

6 ounces Coconut Oil

2 teaspoons Corn Starch (helps cut down the greasy feel)

0.5 ounces Kukui & Macadamia Nut F/O

*For an 8 ounce batch, divide all ingredient amounts in half

DIRECTIONS: In a pot, melt your shea butter and coconut oils very slowly on the stove. Once melted, add your fragrance oil and corn starch. Stir very well. Pour into a large mixing bowl and set over another bowl filled with ice to cool faster, or cover and set in refrigerator to cool. As it cools it will become thicker, every 20 minutes or so, use a hand mixer, and whip the butter for several minutes, then place back to cool more. It will begin to get thicker each time as you keep mixing, it will start to look like whipped cream. Once the butter has solidified all the way and is no longer runny, spoon it into your desired container and you are finished.

Suggested Container to use: Square Designer Blue Jars, Dome Cream Jars, or Tapered Designer Jar

Stimulating your scalp boosts hair growth and makes hair thicker, thanks to the increase in blood circulation, while also relaxing your whole body. While incorporating Rosemary Essential Oil—which is a follicle stimulant that opens up scalp pores, and boosts the treatments effectiveness.

****BRING ON THE BLISS****

Heat up ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil, until it’s warm but still comfortable to the touch.

Blend in 12 drops of Rosemary Morroccan Essential Oil.

Dip your fingers into the oil and, starting at your hairline, make circles with your fingertips. Use medium pressure as you move down your scalp. Once you reach the nape of your neck, rake your fingers through your hair and give a gentle tug at the roots; repeat through your head. Finish by applying the oil through the shaft and ends of your hair. Relax for 10 minutes, then shampoo and condition as usual.
