Patchouli Essential Oil

Patchouli Essential Oil (PG) (Pogostemon Cablin) has an amber or dark orange viscous liquid with a sweet, rich herbaceous earthy odor. It blends well with sandalwood, cedarwood, geranium, clove, lavender, rose, orange blossom, bergamot myrrh, clary sage, and oriental-type oils. Reported to be a cell regenerator and aphrodisiac. Unique among all oils, either you love it or hate it. Extensively used in cosmetic preparations, and as a fixative in soaps and perfumes.

Applications: Antidepressant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, anti-toxic, antiviral, anti-fungal, bactericidal, stimulant.
